Notice of Nondiscrimination

Millennium Beauty Institute does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law in its admissions, educational programs, activities, or employment practices.

This policy is in compliance with the following federal laws and regulations:

  • Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964: Prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin
  • Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972: Prohibits discrimination based on sex in educational programs receiving federal financial assistance
  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973: Prohibits discrimination based on disability
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities
  • Age Discrimination Act of 1975: Prohibits discrimination based on age

Disability Accommodations

Millennium Beauty Institute is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for students with documented disabilities. Students who need accommodations should contact the school administration to discuss their needs and provide supporting documentation. The school will work with each student to determine appropriate accommodations that do not fundamentally alter the nature of the educational program.
